Rajuk’s Master Plan in Purbachal

• On the northeastern side of Dhaka, between the Shitalakhya and the Balu River lies the Project area, which is made up of roughly 6150 acres of land divided into 30 sectors.
• The Airport Road/Pragatii swarani crossing will connect the Township to an 8-lane, broad expressway.
• There will be roughly 26,000 residential plots of various sizes, 62,000 flats, and all required urban utilities available.
• Create a self-sufficient New Township in the region with all necessary amenities and possibilities.

• To create housing outside of the city in order to ease the burden of the population in Dhaka.
• To lessen the acute housing shortage already in place and future housing demand.
• To foster a sustainable and environmentally friendly environment.
• To increase urbanization in order to increase economic amenities and civic facilities.

With a few particular goals, the Structure Plan includes DAP provision by default. These include:

• The study's fundamental infrastructure and services are provided by organized planning.
• Create a welcoming environment to encourage business activity.
• To promote urban development, establish service hubs.
• Designate canals, recover them, and provide water retention zones in order to solve the issue of water logging and enhance drainage infrastructure.
• Locations with both blue and green spaces, such as parks, open spaces with flora, avenue trees, etc.

Our land projects are well planned and we are also following DAP. It has a total land area of around 580 bighas, which is divided into 04 Blocks (A, B, C, & D) with a total of 1700 plots.
