Job Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and exceptional organizational abilities to contribute to the efficient functioning of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to foster teamwork and motivation among team members.
  • Manage land acquisition processes, assess potential investment opportunities, and make informed decisions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, contractors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with pertinent regulations, permits, and legal requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new avenues for growth.
  • Represent the company in various forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Should be a smart woman with experience in multitasking including managing computer operations and secretariates.
  • Education: HSC
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, such as a telephone system and computer.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
  • Punctuality and reliability in maintaining regular office hours.
